Our office is managed by Olen Snider, a real estate attorney with more than 15 years experience in commercial and residential finance, land title law, and banking law. A Worland native, Mr. Snider returned to Wyoming in 1998 after 11 years in private practice in Baltimore, Maryland, and served the Wyoming Attorney General until May, 2003, when he left to organize Summit Title. He is assisted by Teresa Bertagnolli, our Finance Director.

The Title Department is headed by Deb Sanchez.With more than a decade in all aspects of title searching and examination, she manages a department ready to handle the most complex as well as the simple agricultural, commercial, and residential property searches. A licensed agent, she continues to study and take classes, expanding her knowledge base and sharing that knowledge and experience with her staff and her clients. Deb is assisted by: Melissa "Mo" Holmes with commercial and large projects, Michelle Cowles in Cheyenne, Kim Carlson in Laramie, and Lori Stark in Rawlins with title searching, and by Zoe Tillman with title production.

Our "Out-of-County" and other regional services are coordinated by Bob Morrison. His general focus is prompt delivery of full title and escrow services to Albany County and Carbon county, and selective services in Platte County and Goshen County. He also coordinates services to additional Wyoming counties.

The Escrow and Finance Departments are led by Teresa Bertagnolli. With more than 17 years of escrow and financial experience, our escrow department is ready to handle every transaction, whether it be a refinance of your home, a 1031 exchange, or a commercial building purchase. She is assisted by Tammy Wiant, Escrow Officer, and Amanda Schaefer Escrow Assistant.
