About Us
Summit Title Services was formed in 2003 with the mission of providing the highest quality customer service to consumers of title and settlement services in Laramie County, Wyoming.  Since then, our mission has expanded to include full-service offices in Albany County (Laramie) and Carbon County (Rawlins), with extended service to Platte County (Wheatland) and Goshen County (Torrington).

Our office is managed by Olen Snider, a real estate attorney with more than 15 years experience in commercial and residential finance, land title law, and banking law. A Worland native, Mr. Snider returned to Wyoming in 1998 after 11 years in private practice in Baltimore, Maryland, and served the Wyoming Attorney General until May 2003, when he left to organize Summit Title.  He is assisted by Teresa Bertagnolli, our Finance Director.

Our title manager, Deb Sanchez, manages the title department. Deb has more than a decade in all aspects of title searching and examination and handling complex agricultural and commercial titles. She is assisted by Melissa "Mo" Holmes and Robert Washington in title searching and by Naomi Mata in title production.

Teresa Bertagnolli, oversees the escrow, finance and policy production departments. She has 17 years in the title industry and is assisted by Yvonne Shafer, escrow officer, Cindy Day, escrow assistant and Brett Adams-Case, adminstrative assistant.

Our "out-of-county" and other regional services are coordinated by Bob Morrison.  His general focus is our prompt delivery of full title and escrow services to Albany County and Carbon County, with selective services in Platte and Goshen Counties.  He is assisted by Amanda Grimm in Cheyenne; Closing Coordinator Mary Brownell, Title Coordinator Kim Carlson, and Administrative Coordinator Chris Wald in Laramie; Carbon County Coordinator Marcella Redmond and Title Coordinator April Williams in Rawlins.
